Our programme contains gas heated chamber furnaces for forging dies, or other metal working tools, which need to be preheated. We recommend the ussage of (stainless) steel sheets in front of the insulation. By doing so, your personnel will be protected from micro particles of the insulation, which become part of the sorrounding by time.

Depending on the seize of the furnace, e.g. the plant on the photos, it is highly recommended to utilize circulation during the process in order to imrove the temperature homogenity.
