TECHNICAL DATA

System type: two-lane pusher furnace system (two different CHD treatments possible at the same time)

Commissioning: 2008, out of operation since February 2020.

Gas-heated with 33 charge places in the annealing chamber area and 6 places in the diffusion zone

Process gas: 2 endogas generators – 1 generator as back-up

Charging frame dimensions: 550 x 550 x 900 mm

The fully automatic system, consisting of:

  preheating furnace

  carburization zone

  diffusion zone

  oil quenching chamber

  cleaning system

  tempering furnace.
